FTC Disclosures

Please read these disclosures carefully to help avoid misunderstandings. These disclosures are provided to the Business Partner (also referred to as the “Credit Partner”) at various stages of the process.

1. Entrepreneur Repayment Responsibility
Under the agreement between the parties, the Entrepreneur is responsible for repayment. However, if the Credit Partner signs or personally guarantees financing, the lender may hold the Credit Partner responsible under the lender’s agreement if the Entrepreneur does not perform.

2. Do Your Due Diligence
You will have an opportunity to meet the Entrepreneur in a 3-way video call before signing the Partnership Agreement. Use this opportunity to ask questions, evaluate the opportunity, and decide whether you are comfortable proceeding. You are under no obligation to move forward unless and until you choose to sign the Partnership Agreement.

3. Program Risks and Contractual Protections
Participation involves financial and credit risk. Contractual protections may provide rights between the Credit Partner and Entrepreneur, but they do not eliminate obligations to lenders or guarantee repayment, reimbursement, earnings, or any particular outcome.

4. Our Role in the Process
Our primary role is facilitating the introduction and matching process. We do not control lender decisions, repayment performance, the parties’ subsequent relationship, or funding outcomes.

5. No Immigration Sponsorship Obligation
You are not expected to sponsor or support the Entrepreneur’s visa, relocation, or immigration matters. Your role relates to participation in a business funding arrangement using your credit, subject to the applicable agreements.

6. Language and Legal Understanding
All agreements are written in English and governed by applicable U.S. law as stated in the agreement. If English is not your first language, you should review the agreement carefully and, if needed, obtain translation or independent advice before signing. You should sign only if you understand and accept the terms.

7. Information Sharing and Personal Caution
Your information is shared only as permitted by the applicable agreements and privacy practices. You should use appropriate caution in your interactions and raise any concerns before signing any agreement.

8. You Have Final Say
You are under no obligation to proceed with any proposed match. If something does not feel right before signing, you may decline to move forward.

9. Signing the Agreement Is a Serious Commitment
Once you sign the Partnership Agreement, the parties may begin moving forward in reliance on that agreement and any related financing steps. You should sign only when you are confident in your decision.

10. Reviews and Government Communications
Nothing in this Agreement restricts any person’s right to provide a truthful or non-defamatory review or to communicate or cooperate with any governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement agency.

11. Arbitration and Non-Waivable Rights
Certain private disputes may be subject to binding arbitration under the applicable agreement. Nothing limits lawful communications with governmental or regulatory agencies or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
